What you will do

• Align campaign planning with pipeline and SQL targets to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact campaigns across lifecycle, partnerships, content, and paid channels.
• Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies based on Ideal Customer Profiles and account behavior.
• Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and design experiments to improve conversion rates and velocity.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution while making data-driven tradeoff decisions on resource allocation.
• Partner with RevOps to enhance data quality and targeting accuracy for high-value accounts.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in demand generation, lifecycle, or growth roles.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Austin, Texas office Monday through Thursday.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, marketing performance data, and channel efficiency.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate complex datasets into actionable strategy.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a bias toward fast-paced execution and iteration.
