What you will do
- Define and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
- Lead demand generation across inbound, paid, and lifecycle channels.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals.
- Use data to refine funnel performance, channel efficiency, and marketing operations.
- Represent marketing in executive and cross-functional strategic planning.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS and growth-stage environments.
- Demonstrated success in owning demand generation and pipeline outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability and experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling customer acquisition in low-to-mid ACV environments.
- Background in vertical SaaS.
- Experience evolving brand positioning during company scaling phases.
