What you will do

  • Define and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
  • Lead demand generation across inbound, paid, and lifecycle channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
  • Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals.
  • Use data to refine funnel performance, channel efficiency, and marketing operations.
  • Represent marketing in executive and cross-functional strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Deep experience in B2B SaaS and growth-stage environments.
  • Demonstrated success in owning demand generation and pipeline outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling customer acquisition in low-to-mid ACV environments.
  • Background in vertical SaaS.
  • Experience evolving brand positioning during company scaling phases.
