What you will do

• Originate and execute content marketing campaigns across recommended channels and formats.
• Develop a deep understanding of the problems faced by the target audience and share insights with the team.
• Improve industry-specific knowledge and expertise over time.
• Collaborate with Brand and Design teams to maintain hirify.global's voice and vibe in all campaign work.
• Work with Growth Marketing to understand market and distribution options.
• Help uncover and capitalize on new content formats, such as video, web experiences, and downloadable resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in demand gen or content marketing, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or healthtech.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating the ability to combine research and creativity to achieve objectives.
• Solid writing skills.
• Enthusiasm for doing the work and a preference for quality over productivity.
• Experience working with contributors from other disciplines.
• Willingness to work in-person four days a week in our Chelsea office, with the fifth day remote-optional.
