Senior Director, Demand Generation (B2B): Architecting and scaling a global multi-product demand engine to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across enterprise and SMB segments with an accent on data-driven strategies and cross-functional leadership. Focus on building repeatable, scalable demand frameworks, optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets, and aligning Go-To-Market motions with Sales and Product leadership.

Location: Hybrid, Burlington, MA. Candidates must be local to this location at the time of application.

Salary: $155,550–$183,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale global demand generation strategies across diverse product lines and B2B segments.
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets across digital, offline, and ABM channels for maximum ROI.
  • Build and refine scalable demand funnels with clear SLAs and handoffs with Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define growth goals, capacity planning, and territory alignment.
  • Champion marketing operations excellence including lead scoring, attribution, and data hygiene.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to C-level executives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology industry.
  • 7–10+ years of people-management experience, specifically leading other leaders.
  • Proven track record of scaling demand generation programs for enterprise and SMB funnels.
  • Deep understanding of PLG, PPC, SEO, and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and drive data-informed decisions.
