What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage renewals for software licenses, data providers, and consulting services.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Security teams to ensure vendor engagements meet all regulatory and operational requirements.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving and vendor consolidation opportunities.
• Oversee third-party due diligence and risk assessments, including SOC reports and security questionnaires.
• Implement procurement tools and intake workflows to improve organizational visibility and internal controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong financial acumen, particularly in spend analysis, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT departments.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level contracts with a high degree of autonomy.
• Must be based in the US to support hybrid operations or remote collaboration.
