What you will do

• Oversee financial performance, revenue, and cost-to-serve analysis for Sales and Service Delivery organizations.
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic guidance, scenario analysis, and actionable business recommendations.
• Develop advanced financial models for headcount planning, investment prioritization, and long-range strategy.
• Deliver executive-level presentations that translate financial data into insights for senior management.
• Standardize financial processes, metrics, and reporting across supported functions.
• Mentor and guide members of the Business Finance team to build analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Sales or revenue-driving organizations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive presence to influence stakeholders.

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models and KPIs.
• Experience with financial systems, planning tools, or data visualization platforms.
