Salary: $147,140 - $186,210

What you will do

• Lead the payroll workstream for current acquisition, harmonizing payroll systems by October 1, 2026.
• Innovate payroll administration using AI and automation tools.
• Design and implement a roadmap for global payroll practices.
• Oversee the execution of payroll runs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the People and Finance departments.
• Manage and mentor direct reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payroll management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role.
• Deep expertise in payroll tax, compliance, and multi-state and international regulations.
• Experience with payroll software migrations and integrations.
• Previous experience navigating the nuances of transitioning employee data and benefits during an acquisition or merger.
• Familiarity with international labor laws and the complexities of paying a global workforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP, Paylocity, and/or Workday is preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
