What you will do

• Lead corporate insurance risk management and oversee global insurance portfolios.
• Manage the annual policy renewal cycle including coverage binding and invoice submission.
• Review and edit insurance elements within legal agreements such as sales contracts and office leases.
• Facilitate communications for claims management and crisis planning events.
• Coordinate insurance requirements for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Provide operational backup for Treasury functions including bank administration and cash positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate risk management or commercial insurance brokerage.
• Strong background in contract law and proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must possess an active US passport for banking signature authority.
• Ability to work effectively in a US-based remote environment.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
