What you will do
- Manage and engage with inbound leads who signed up for free trials
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities specifically within the North America region
- Conduct discovery calls and book high-quality demos for the Account Executive team
- Initiate multi-channel outreach and manage lead follow-up processes
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and messaging alignment
- Help build and refine sales processes and playbooks
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or tech sales
- Strong capability to become tech-savvy quickly
- High energy and drive to eventually grow into an Account Executive role
- Proven discipline in objection handling and demo confirmation
- Independence, curiosity, and a drive to learn and succeed
