TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Educating new and existing users about hirify.global's product suite with an accent on qualifying leads and managing high-volume communication. Focus on building strategic sales pipelines, navigating prospect companies, and leveraging AI tools to enhance outreach strategies.

Location: Must be based in Dublin and able to work in the office (Hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office).

Salary: €37,600–€41,600.

What you will do

  • Educate users on the value of Premium, Business, and Enterprise product tiers.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications effectively.
  • Conduct qualification meetings and ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
  • Maintain prospect information and activity data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales development.
  • Passion for technology and software sales.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional integrity.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
