What you will do
- Educate users on the value of Premium, Business, and Enterprise product tiers.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications effectively.
- Conduct qualification meetings and ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
- Maintain prospect information and activity data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales development.
- Passion for technology and software sales.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional integrity.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
