TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Leading the expansion into the UK and Ireland market by identifying new business opportunities and engaging high-level stakeholders with an accent on strategic outbound prospecting and consultative sales. Focus on utilizing AI-driven tools to personalize outreach, build pipeline, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert strategic leads.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland. This role is a hybrid position requiring office presence in our Dublin hub.

What you will do

  • Leverage proprietary AI technology to identify and qualify business opportunities in the UKI market.
  • Execute high-impact outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and implement account-based entry strategies for major enterprises.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed qualified meeting targets.
  • Master the use of sales tech stack tools including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent English proficiency required.
  • Must hold a valid work permit for Ireland.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin.
  • Strong technical fluency and excitement for the application of AI in business.
  • Resilient and competitive hunter mindset with high professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Background in Business, International Relations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Passion for ESG and sustainability practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
