What you will do
- Deliver against assigned sales and pipeline goals while ensuring an outstanding prospect experience
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy for Kubernetes optimization solutions
- Partner with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate deep technical value-based sales conversations
- Manage the full business cycle from pipeline generation to closing, maintaining accurate forecasting
- Refine sales processes to minimize friction and accelerate the adoption of cloud optimization tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams on pipeline generation campaigns and advocate for the voice of the customer
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record
- Solid technical understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM management, accurate sales forecasting, and self-discipline
- Proven ability to manage complex business and technical sales cycles effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment
