What you will do

• Develop and validate influencer-led strategies that align with brand goals and cultural trends.
• Act as a guardian between strategy, creative, and execution to maintain strategic integrity.
• Analyze campaign performance using quantitative and qualitative data to optimize engagement.
• Advise clients on influencer positioning and emerging social behaviors.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques.
• Share thought leadership insights on influencer culture and brand authenticity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or cultural consultancy within an agency or brand.
• Strong grasp of internet culture, Gen Z behaviors, and emerging subcultures.
• Ability to develop insight-led, impactful, and culturally relevant influencer strategies.
• Expertise in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with influencers and creators.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client stakeholder management.
• Agility to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt strategies based on cultural shifts.
