What you will do

  • Identify, contact, and recruit diverse influencers who authentically represent brand values.
  • Develop long-term creator engagement programmes rather than transactional campaign partnerships.
  • Brief and manage creators for activations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube while ensuring brand alignment.
  • Organise community moments, events, and product mailers to deepen influencer relationships.
  • Analyse campaign performance and community health metrics to refine influencer strategy.
  • Partner with brand teams to present programme updates and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management within consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end creator communities across major social platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and disclosure regulations.
  • Professional proficiency in English required.
  • Experience using influencer management tools like CreatorIQ, Traackr, or Grin.

Nice to have

  • Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Additional language skills relevant to multi-market expansion.
