What you will do
- Act as a key client contact, develop strong relationships, and drive excellence in output.
- Lead and present on strategic and creative thinking, acting as a consultant.
- Drive innovative content creation in collaboration with creatives.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large accounts and complex projects.
- Lead effective collaboration within accounts.
- Take ownership of commercial targets and motivate the team to deliver against them.
Requirements
- Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent.
- Social & content background.
- Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
- Excellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice delivery.
- Confident and consultative approach with senior clients.
- Strong collaborator able to interface with a variety of internal specialists, and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Influencer experience.
- Experience with global clients.
