What you will do

• Lead the development of social and content strategies, playbooks, and measurement frameworks for clients.
• Develop strategic creative territories and write clear briefs for the creative team.
• Uncover insights to help shape social communication strategies.
• Present narratives in compelling and memorable ways.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing science partners and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing tailored strategic social plans that address diverse business goals.
• Deep knowledge of social trends, platforms, and aesthetics.
• Experience defining the role of social for brands and creating messaging frameworks.
• Experience in creative agencies or equivalent environments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to lead presentations/workshops.
