What you will do

• Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy to build a strong brand presence in the UK market.
• Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Analyze campaign performance and data to derive insights and continuously optimize results.
• Conceptualize and launch creative, high-impact influencer campaigns.
• Represent the brand at industry gatherings, events, and conferences.
• Oversee operational requirements, including contracts, documentation, and external agency management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
• English proficiency: Fluent (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with the UK market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building authentic, long-term partnerships.
• Growth-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on data-driven performance and ownership.
