TL;DR

Creative Strategist (Sonic Branding): Crafting strategic foundations for sonic branding projects by translating brand identity into clear creative direction with an accent on cultural insights, audience behavior, and sound-based communication. Focus on bridging complex brand requirements with creative execution to build consistent, impactful sonic identities across various touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, London, or Munich) - Must be able to work from the office approximately four days per week.

What you will do

  • Develop strategic frameworks for sonic branding by utilizing research and market insights.
  • Translate brand positioning into actionable creative briefs for the production team.
  • Create sonic identity guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Research, and Client Services teams to test and refine concepts.
  • Present strategic narratives to clients with clarity and impact.
  • Navigate complex brand challenges to uncover unique sonic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Berlin, London, or Munich.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong research, insight generation, and brand positioning capabilities.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sonic branding, music branding, or audio-led projects.
  • Deep interest in the intersection of sound, strategy, and emerging cultural trends.
