What you will do

• Enable partners to build and deliver AI Agents through technical sessions, workshops, and labs.
• Support partner onboarding and technical readiness through defined certification paths.
• Provide hands-on assistance with JavaScript development, debugging, and complex flow logic.
• Guide partners on API usage, integrations, webchat embedding, and xApps implementation.
• Assist in partner-led demos and proofs of concept to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to align on technical standards and guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills.
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations, context variables, and conversation logic.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for webchat embedding.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
