What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of bids and RFP responses from initial qualification to final submission.
• Create compelling, compliant, and tailored proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align on pricing, terms, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the bidding process.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and procurement strategies to enhance competitiveness.
• Track bid progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations within a software or technology company.
• Proven track record of managing complex bids and RFPs.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and improve bid processes and resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools like RFPIO or Loopio.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational abilities.
