What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business within a defined territory.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and the SDR team to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer information in Salesforce.
- Respond to RFPs and act as a trusted advisor to align solutions with customer IT strategies.
Requirements
- Must be located in or willing to reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and telephone-based sales activities.
