What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business within a defined territory.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and the SDR team to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer information in Salesforce.
  • Respond to RFPs and act as a trusted advisor to align hirify.global solutions with customer IT strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and telephone-based sales activities.
