What you will do

• Create and manage precise quotes, assisting sales teams with product requirements and commercial terms.
• Act as a primary liaison between Revenue, Sales Operations, Legal, and Pricing departments.
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle from initial creation to final closure.
• Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and obtain necessary internal approvals for non-standard terms.
• Track and modify deal structures as needed to support timely execution.
• Apply analytical skills to assess pricing structures and support effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Professional experience in sales operations, quoting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ price quoting tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
