Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria. Requires a comprehensive one-month onboarding period at the HQ in Zurich, with monthly follow-up visits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey from client requirements gathering to successful delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to adapt systems to unique client processes and ensure seamless integration.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring full product adoption.
• Work alongside sales to develop implementation plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Translate client feedback into long-term improvements for the platform product loop.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal), with the ability to present to native-speaking clients.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical action.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Ability to commit to an initial month-long onboarding in Zurich and monthly team visits thereafter.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
• Prior experience within ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
