What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your Mid-Market territory.
- Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and RevOps to drive a seamless customer journey.
- Deliver accurate pipeline insights and forecasts to leadership.
- Shape and iterate the DACH market strategy to maintain competitiveness.
- Continuously refine sales skills through peer shadowing and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying AE in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Confident communicator with high-level presentation and active listening skills.
- Adaptable to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
