What you will do
- Work directly with customers to debug integrations, build POCs, and design solutions.
- Develop SDKs, sample apps, and prototypes that improve developer experience.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to translate patterns into product and engineering improvements.
- Partner on early feature adoption and test pre-release functionalities.
- Define and iterate on strategies for a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep curiosity about technical problems across the stack, from ML to infrastructure and networking.
- Ability to understand user pain points and translate them into product features.
