Clinical Engineer (AI)

Location: London, hybrid

Salary: £75,000–£150,000 per year based on experience and location. Equity: £50,000–£150,000.

What you will do

• Use medical training and software engineering skills to solve novel technical problems in personalised medicine.
• Own projects end to end, from problem definition through rapid delivery and iteration.
• Build and improve web applications for clinical users and patients.
• Develop features on a scalable, secure, performant serverless AWS backend.
• Optimise product user experience and make pragmatic technology choices focused on shipping effectively.

Requirements

• Medical degree required.
• Ability to code, with competence in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with Angular, Node, and React.
• Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, or CloudFormation, or strong motivation to learn them.
• Strong focus on user experience and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
