Product Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $74,700–$127,950 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions.
• Build AI-powered application features using LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-based approaches, and workflow automation.
• Develop APIs, application services, cloud components, and integrations between AI services, business rules, and applications.
• Implement agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows under established architectural guidance.
• Improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and the quality of AI-enabled features through testing and validation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, production monitoring, code reviews, documentation, and incident resolution in collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, and tax subject matter teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years with C# and .NET.
• Experience building web applications, REST APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of software design, testing, debugging, performance optimization, microservices, secure development, authentication, authorization, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, AI-enabled applications, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of the U.S. tax or accounting domain.
