Salary: $140,000–$200,000 (yearly)

What you will do

• Build new products quickly to improve customer voice agent reliability.
• Iterate fast and solve customer problems by staying close to them.
• Develop voice simulations that model real-world conditions (background noise, accents).
• Support 10K parallel calls with 99.99% reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience.
• Deep intuition about current gen LLM capabilities and future advancements.
• Ability to build from 0 to 1 quickly while considering technical scalability.
• Experience shipping production LLM applications.
• US citizen/visa only.

Nice to have

• Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages.
• Experience building AI voice apps.
