Software Engineer, Product (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $170,000–$295,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build new products and services that make application development and deployment more powerful and accessible.
• Own full-stack projects end to end, creating user-facing features and abstractions for simple and complex application deployments.
• Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help evolve the codebase and technology as the product scales in complexity.
• Participate in planning, roadmapping, goal-setting, and team culture development.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping software.
• Experience building products across the stack and working collaboratively with product and design stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, multiple programming languages, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with modern software build and deployment tooling and product-driven growth.
• Strong ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with one or more of Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal.
