Salary: $55K – $70K base + $20K – $25K bonus + equity

What you will do
- Build pipeline by researching, identifying, and targeting high-potential eCommerce brands and running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Create opportunities by crafting outreach that resonates and booking qualified meetings for AEs and leadership.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, test channels, and share market insights.
- Represent a category-defining AI platform to senior marketers, founders, and growth leaders at top brands.
- Learn and iterate, using every outreach as an opportunity to test, improve, and optimize how hirify.global approaches the market.
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development (SaaS, eCommerce, MarTech preferred).
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator over email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, zero-ego startup environment where you take ownership and move fast.
- Hungry to learn, motivated to improve, and thrives on feedback.
- Resilient and resourceful, embracing rejection and iterating to push forward.
