Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Hybrid position)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

  • Analyze GTM funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Manage the CPQ tool and support the Deal Desk process to ensure effective pricing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for GTM tools and technology platforms.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success to align operational goals.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with sales processes.
  • Support finance and talent teams in commission calculations and compensation planning.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Operations at a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated competency in CRM platforms (Hubspot or Salesforce).
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Excel.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and customer success systems.
  • Business acumen with the ability to identify patterns and operational challenges.
  • Basic understanding of the B2B lead lifecycle and demand generation KPIs.
