What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions.
• Implement complex data models, automations, and integrations with CRM, Data 360, and external platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, consistent, and complete technical designs.
• Advise on integration strategies and platform extensions to support diverse client use cases.
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients throughout delivery phases.
• Ensure high code quality through technical validation, documentation, and rigorous reviews.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Strong technical expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation principles, data architecture, and CRM integration patterns.
• Ability to clearly explain technical trade-offs and constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist, or Administrator).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation.
