What you will do
- Develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions based on product vision and roadmaps.
- Translate user stories and epics into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and engineers in an agile team for successful feature implementation.
- Validate technical designs and implementations for successful deployment.
- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, refining backlog and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Support Sales Tools platforms, including Salesforce, by troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years B2B enterprise Salesforce CRM experience (developer/engineer), focusing on implementation and solution delivery.
- Proven Salesforce platform experience; Salesforce admin experience/certification highly desired.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices (Apex, flows, visualforce, APIs).
- Agile/SCRUM product engineering team experience.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven, multi-tasking environment without compromising quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
Nice to have
- GenAI/Agent ecosystem, prompt engineering, and Salesforce Agentforce experience a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS, SOA, and modern development frameworks.
- Proactive problem solver, consensus-driven, results-oriented.
- Experience with cross-timezone teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about learning.
