What you will do
- Manage the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
- Define and maintain the systems strategy and roadmap to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across all revenue-generating systems.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and metrics tracking for marketing spend, pipeline, and sales productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and finance to implement process improvements.
- Deliver training, support, and documentation to ensure successful user adoption of systems and processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from San José, Costa Rica.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
- Strong technical expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to guide business decisions.
Nice to have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, 6Sense, or ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of basic Apex code and triggers.
- Intermediate BI/analytics experience.
