What you will do

  • Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with leadership
  • Work closely with customers to translate complex needs into actionable product solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design to drive product development
  • Leverage user data and industry insights to measure success and iterate on product capabilities
  • Drive product outcomes in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to understand and act on complex technical systems involving LLMs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Demonstrable track record of outperformance and user-centric decision making

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with AI-based tools or products
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn modern tech stacks
  • Background from underrepresented groups in tech
