What you will do

• Co-manage a New Zealand-based product management team, providing strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship.
• Lead strategic and commercial decisions across product lines to drive business impact and respond to the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the CPO and other Directors to align product strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
• Oversee product delivery to ensure high-quality shipments at a high cadence and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Evolve product operations and leverage AI tools to enhance the team's ability to do their best work.
• Identify and implement ethical AI opportunities within the platform to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience managing and leading teams of at least 3 product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering world-class B2B SaaS products to market.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities with a strong bias for action.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive the financial side of product strategy.
• Ability to level up product development practices using AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills, high empathy, and strong social intelligence.
