What you will do

• Co-manage the product management team, providing strategic direction and leadership to help them grow.
• Lead strategic decisions across product lines, understanding the commercial impact on customers and the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with company goals.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Drive innovation across product teams, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and coach product managers to ensure their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience managing and leading teams of at least 3 product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering world-class B2B SaaS products to market.
• Strong strategic thinker with a history of owning and driving product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, high empathy, and social intelligence.
• A desire to be a thought leader in the product management community.
• Proactive, organised, and focused with a bias for action.
