What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with strategic SI, MSP, and VAR partners in the DACH region.
• Design and execute partner enablement programs to effectively sell GPU IaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and channel leadership to set strategic priorities.
• Negotiate partner contracts and ensure smooth implementation of sales initiatives.
• Identify and convert new partnership opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights for program refinement.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of channel management experience in the DACH region.
• Proven track record with enterprise-level SI, MSP, and VAR sectors.
• Strong existing network of enterprise partners.
• Fluent German and English proficiency.
• Technical knowledge of cloud solutions, preferably GPU IaaS.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
