What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Product Marketing Managers across core product lines.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature enhancements.
• Drive product-led growth initiatives focused on free-to-paid conversion and usage expansion.
• Define success metrics and establish best practices for messaging, positioning, and GTM execution.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to activate PMM insights throughout the customer journey.
• Influence cross-functional teams and ensure internal alignment on product narratives and enablement resources.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of PMMs.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) models and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority across a cross-functional organization.
• Expertise in connecting GTM strategy to tangible product usage and revenue growth.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
