• Oversee high-quality content production across web, blog, email, social, and in-product channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, SEO, and Growth teams to deliver cohesive, full-funnel narratives.
• Plan and maintain editorial calendars that balance brand storytelling with performance outcomes.
• Analyze content performance data to optimize messaging, topics, and conversion rates.
• Maintain a consistent, empowering brand voice across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing and brand storytelling.
• Experience working within SaaS, fintech, or product-led company environments.
• Strong background in SEO and content performance metrics.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, human-centric content.
• Demonstrated success in managing content across the entire customer funnel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
