What you will do

  • Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue quotas in the commercial segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
  • Lead new account acquisition motions for organizations with 200-10,000+ employees.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Leverage global and regional channel partners and strategic alliances to open new accounts.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in hunting for new business within mid-market segments.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales quotas and targets.
  • Deep understanding of data protection, security, or cloud-native industries.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or MEDDIC.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle including forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.

Nice to have

  • Existing experience working with hyperscaler cloud providers like AWS, Google, or Azure.
  • Certifications in MEDDPICC/MEDDIC or similar methodologies.
  • Experience selling in collaboration with partners like Dell, Nutanix, or Atlassian.
