What you will do

• Develop and lead loan pricing and structural strategies to maximize acquisition while managing credit risk.
• Own interactions with FP&A, Treasury, and Risk teams to build accurate pricing and loan models.
• Leverage AI techniques for data collection, mining, and presentation of actionable insights.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners through data-driven presentations.
• Challenge existing business practices and recommend improvements for long-term growth.
• Mentor and develop team members across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quantitative roles within Consumer Finance or FinTech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau with mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of AI applications within the financial lending industry.
• Strong communication skills to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in indirect auto lending is strongly preferred.
