Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and milestones for multiple clinical studies.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and standups to ensure effective task delegation across internal teams and vendors.
• Support the drafting, review, and approval of key study documentation including protocols and informed consent forms.
• Manage relationships with CROs, academic partners, and study sites to ensure high-quality data capture.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to GCP, ICH, FDA, and ISO 14155 regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain study schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research project management within medical devices or digital health.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, and ISO 14155 guidelines.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Boston, MA.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 2–3 projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with wearable devices or remote clinical trial designs.
• Familiarity with data-driven health technologies.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
