PD Program Manager (Medtech): Leading new product development programs for life-changing therapies in the Pelvic Health operating unit with an accent on end-to-end program execution, alignment to timelines, budgets, and business objectives. Focus on leading cross-functional teams, driving decision-making, and proactively resolving challenges.
Location: Onsite in Rice Creek/Fridley, MN. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite is required.
Salary: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00

What you will do
- Manage small-scale programs with well-defined plans and methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects for new product development and lifecycle management.
- Provide input to establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Oversee operational aspects of projects and serve as a liaison between project management and functional teams.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure end products solve business problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and/or program management, or Advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device or regulated industry.
- Strong program/project management skills and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management (ISO 14971), and quality/regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
