Client Service Project Manager

TL;DR

Salary: $26 - $36 per hour

What you will do

• Manage client accounts, ensuring internal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients through meetings and onboardings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project managers to ensure service requests are completed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, directing or escalating concerns as necessary.
• Document all client activities in the internal workflow tool for accurate tracking and billing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work the 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm CT).
• Must be available for weekend work and overtime as needed.
• 1+ years of experience in a client service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
