TL;DR
Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy (Medtech): Developing and maintaining ’s long-term strategic narrative, translating strategic priorities into a clear and compelling point of view. Focus on deep-dive evaluations of high-conviction strategic bets, rigorously assessing whether should enter new categories, launch new products or services, expand internationally, or pursue new business models.
Location: Based in the Boston area (onsite) or New York (remote, with regular travel to our Boston office).
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Partner with the executive team to develop and maintain ’s long-term strategic narrative.
- Coordinate the annual strategic planning process to clarify where we win and where we invest.
- Lead deep-dive evaluations of high-conviction strategic bets, rigorously assessing new opportunities.
- Organize ’s ongoing competitive intelligence monitoring program.
- Work across Finance teams to translate strategic priorities into resourcing decisions and capital allocation frameworks.
- Create and deliver executive presentations and Board materials that synthesize complex strategic issues into clear narratives with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in investing (PE/VC/Growth Equity), top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical ability and business model acumen, including financial modeling, unit economics, market sizing, competitive analysis, member/customer insight synthesis, and scenario thinking to build a rigorous fact base.
- Exceptional sense-making ability: synthesize disparate inputs into simple, clear answers.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, including writing crisp decision memos and building leadership-ready presentations.
- High initiative and high agency, including the ability to see what needs doing and move quickly with minimal guidance while maintaining high standards and rigorous attention to detail.
- Team-first, relationship-oriented operating style that builds trust across the org, collaborates with maturity, and optimizes for shared outcomes over ego.
