Salary: $125,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational execution of fund launches for a dedicated portfolio of alternative investment clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 professionals in middle-office and pipeline operations.
• Standardize operational processes and strengthen quality controls to drive scalability.
• Manage issue escalation and serve as a primary contact for complex operational challenges.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Client Management teams to support platform enhancements.
• Maintain best practices for documentation and process transparency across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech, including 3+ years in middle-office or platform operations.
• Proven track record managing and developing operations-focused teams.
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to navigate high-expectation environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
