• Proven track record of placing VP and C-level leaders in high-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in talent research, market mapping, and building long-term passive candidate relationships.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
