Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define headcount needs and calibrate on candidate profiles.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines for key talent.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and compensation teams to align on talent strategies and market benchmarking.
• Use data-driven insights to influence hiring plans and organizational scaling.
• Optimize recruiting operations and implement best practices within the ATS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers to influence strategy.
• Expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining high quality and candidate experience standards.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Background in scaling talent teams within early-stage startups.
• Proficiency with ATS tools like Greenhouse.
