What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract closure.
- Develop deep expertise in CCaaS and traditional call center market challenges.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects through research and industry networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and champions within target accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, collateral, and strategy.
- Travel periodically for industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Proven experience selling AI, transcription, deepfake detection, or CCaaS products.
- Track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles with deal sizes between $750k–$5M ARR.
- Experience working in early-stage startups (Seed through Series B).
- Strong ability to self-source pipeline and communicate strategically.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, HubSpot, AmpleMarket, or LeadIQ.
