Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Create and own the end-to-end ecommerce strategy and product roadmap for the accessories and apparel category.
• Oversee site merchandising, promotional planning, and seasonal campaign launches.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including revenue, conversion rate, and average order value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, creative, and operations teams to align on product releases and user experience.
• Analyze site data and conduct experiments to inform merchandising decisions and optimize digital storytelling.
• Influence stakeholders and drive strategic cross-functional decisions regarding product growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of managing ecommerce performance for a DTC business.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
